The Power-Up!
If time is scarse to exercise, intensity can be a replacement for duration for a time saving fitness workout!
This Power-Up circuit is only for 6 minutes, and works all the major muscle groups in your body. It's designed to be performed with maximum effort with every exercise performed at lower repetitions but more intensity, alternating between differnet muscle groups.
You could challenge yourself seeing if you can perform more of the exercises during the allocated time as the weeks go on.
Think of Fridays as your super power session!
12x Sumo Squats
12x Half Burpees
12x Russian Twists
12x High Knees
Keep rotating through these exercises for 6 mins
